While at The Barrington, you’re invited to retreat to The Great Room for our in-house dining experience, which offers breakfast daily and dinner every Thursday through Sunday.
Our innovative cuisine, prepared by Chef William Merelle, reflects a fusion of American, French, and Asian cuisines. Merelle’s culinary vision was influenced by stints abroad in Europe, specifically the regions of Spain and France. During exotic culinary journeys to New Zealand, Australia, Bali, and Thailand, Merelle learned the nuances of regional cooking through lessons with locals. His delectable dishes reflect the creativity and sophisticated flair of his global travels.
Complimentary breakfast (up to two guests per room) is included and will be served in our dining room – The Great Room. Our breakfasts offer enticing, health-conscious options.
